La Jolla Residence

Set on a scenic hillside lot in La Jolla this 3 story 6,300 sf. home was completely remodeled inside and out. The driving factors in the design of the project was to maximize the spectacular ocean views while bringing as much light as possible into the home to create a bright, beautiful, and updated design tailored to the clients tastes. Where walls and columns obstructed the ground floor views we were able to shore up the home to reconfigure and rebuild the structure opening up the building. The kitchen and nook were relocated to the ocean-side of the home, and several new spaces we created including a beautiful new gym and wine cellar. The yard was also completely redesigned with a new pool, sitting area with fireplace and outdoor bar/ BBQ area. We worked closely with the client on both selecting new furniture and integrating existing furniture into the new design. We also provided art, window treatment and accessories from our showroom for this project.
