Vernon Roether Jr.

Vernon Roether is a licensed architect with over 44 years of both national and international experience in design and construction. He graduated in 1974 with a Masters degree in Architecture from Arizona State University and was recruited by a development company in Mexico to design several commercial projects, eventually becoming chief designer for a large Six Flags amusement park project in Mexico City. In 1983 he became a principal designer for Ralph Bender & Associates in San Antonio Texas winning Designers West Magazine's project of the year award in 1985 for his work on the Dominion Golf Resort and Development.

In 1986 Vernon moved to San Diego with his wife Jeannette Roether where they founded their partner companies Creative Interior Design and Quality Designers/Builders.

Jeannette Roether

Jeannette Roether is a Designer with over 38 years of experience in interior architectural design and construction. She received her Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design Engineering in 1978 from the university in Mexico City where she graduated top of her class earning a full ride scholarship to the graduate program at St. Martins School of Art and Design in London. She completed her Masters Degree in Industrial Design in 1981. She began her career in architectural design and construction working for a large development company in Mexico City. In 1984 she moved to San Antonio Texas to work as a senior designer before founding her own company in 1986. She is a licensed contractor and has been a designer and builder in the state of California for over 30 years. Her diverse background and experience in design sets her apart from other Interior Designers and allows her to offer a unique range of services to best meet her clients needs.

Vernon Roether III

Vernon joined the team in 2016. He holds both a Masters Degree in Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Arizona State University. While at ASU he was selected by the assistant dean for an internship in Barcelona and then invited to work in Buenos Aires for a year before attending Columbia University. At Columbia he helped teach several graduate level courses before joining the New York based architect & developer Cary Tamarkin. In 2013 Vernon was hired by Jacobs Engineering and moved to Abu Dhabi to work on the new Abu Dhabi International Airport project where he worked for 3 years before moving back to San Diego. Vernon has over 12 years experience working in architecture, development, and construction management.
