Fairbanks Ranch Residence

Creative Interior Designs worked closely with the client to transform this 10,500 sqft. newly purchased house into a place they could call home. The house was completely modernized and renovated to meet the clients personal needs and style by bringing more natural light into the spaces and changing all of the finishes through the house to make a bright, beautiful, and cohesive design. To better accommodate the clients life style we focused on reconnecting the home with the 1.35 acre property by creating several indoor-outdoor living spaces including a private outdoor garden located off of the master bathroom with a sauna, sitting area, and fountain wall feature. The remodel also included a state-of-the-art home theater. Creative Interior Designs provided most of the furniture, art, window treatment, light fixtures and accessories for this project.
